Missions

Participates in the roll-out phase for the sites of his/her region
Ensure Retrofit activities in the region
Performs 2nd level end-user support.
Collects and describes local requirements from sites (in term of Request for Change RFC), elaborating functional specifications and getting them validated. Facilitates the establishment of priorities and the communication of decisions to the users community
Maintains coherence and consistency of data by following KPIs.
Ensures Continuous Improvement and actively promotes better utilization of FCS.
Actively contributes to improve the quality and efficiency of the SAP support chain
Coordinates and performs specific training request

Profil

• Solid knowledge in ERP for the FICO domain.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
• 3+ years overall experience in SAP, for the specific domain.
• Good business knowledge in automotive industry
• Good communication and expression skills in a international environment. Written and oral.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask. Flexibility and adaptability in work approach.
• Team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to describe and conduct the problem
• Strongly focused on delivery the result
• International mindset, an overseas experience is a plus
• Mobility : 25% of the time
• Good level of English compulsory
