Sales Manager architectural and construction solutions - Germany, Austria and Luxembourg - German / English (m/f/d), Germany (Hybrid / Homeoffice)
What we count on you for - Your mission
The Sales Manager's mission is to optimize the performance of our clients’ sales team, increase sales revenue through specification initiatives, and position our client as a market leader in its territories while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You will achieve it by:
- Coaching and Developing the Sales Team: Lead the German sales team, focusing on coaching, development, and fostering authentic, consultative relationships with clients before promoting products or solutions.
- Drive Specification and Sales Targets: Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives. Achieve specification and sales targets. Collaborate with all the teams internally to determine and create appropriate selling strategies.
- Team Development and Cross-Selling: Lead the team to continuous learning and development, expand the team and the clients coverage in the design community, and foster relationships with subcontractors, architects and engineers.
- Market Analysis and Competitive Advantage: Utilize market insights, project leads, and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities and maintain a working knowledge of industry trends.

Why we want you on our team - your strengths
- Your experience: You have at least 7 years of professional experience with a strong knowledge of the commercial construction process and architectural specification market. You know how to work with contractors, architects, engineers and interior designers, estimating procedures, pricing and discounting. You know how to use a CRM tool, knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
- Your languages: Fluent in German and English
- Your personality: Strong commercial network skills to build long-term customer relationships. Team abilities and leadership qualities, independence, purposefulness, leadership talent to guide, stimulate, instruct and train people. You know how to multitask, make decisions and take responsibility. You have the curiosity and the appetite to build-up your education. You are open-minded and self-motivated. You like to travel and meet with the clients.
