Your main activities
- Participate in the definition of commercial strategy, sales objectives and business rationales.
- Draft, negotiate and amend individual sales contract documents in order to reflect in detail the mutual obligations of Airbus and its customers as globally negotiated by the regional Sales Units.
- Create and manage customer relationship and relationship with key internal stakeholders, drive multi-functional team during negotiation in close collaboration with commercial account leader.
- Monitor the fulfilment of Customer obligations and re-negotiate contracts to cope with Customer changing requirements, defaults or contentious issues as they may arise.
- Ensure that information concerning negotiated commitments is made available to all relevant Airbus entities liable to fulfill these commitments, and provide advice or clarifications on the background as may be necessary.
Required skills
- Master in Business, Law or Engineering
- 10 years’ experience
- Strong communication skills - verbal, written, and interpersonal
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of financial tools
- Sound understanding of the business environment and constraints and ability to think strategically / big picture perspective, in addition to attention to detail.
- Team player, with a strong culture of transparency with colleagues and management
- Proactive and creative in order to propose and implement pragmatic solutions to answer customers concerns while preserving Airbus interest
- Strong leadership skills, ability to bring together multi-functional teams
- Ability to build customer relationship
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, make critical decisions
- Ability to handle uncertainty and stress
- Ability to travel
