What we count on you for - Your mission

In a production team of about 40 people supervised by the subsidiary manager you are responsible for the quality policies of the company.

• Based on the valid regulations, standards or requirements of the customers, you define and develop the quality reference framework and monitor its compliance and further development
• You plan and conducting audits
• You calculate the costs of non-compliance with quality specifications
• You monitor compliance with the corrective and preventive actions implemented
• You ensure weekly reporting

What you bring to the table - Your strengths

• Your experience: You have a technical education in the field of product quality and have at least 3 years of professional experience in the automotive industry. You know the legal standards and are proficient in conducting internal audits
• Your languages: You speak fluent German and have sufficient knowledge of French or English to communicate with the parent company
• Your personality: You are communicative and have an open ear for ideas and feedback
