The mission of the thermal systems business group is to develop and manufacture systems, modules and components to ensure thermal energy management of the power train and comfort for each passenger, during all phases of vehicle use. These systems help to significantly reduce fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and other pollutants and harmful particles from vehicles equipped with internal combustion engines. They also increase travel range and battery life for hybrid and electric vehicles. At the Front Office in Bietigheim-Bissingen we are supporting Sale- and Project activities and compose the interface between the customers Daimler and Valeo-internal departments at the development from Thermal Systems.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the quality, timely and budget-oriented implementation of our projects.
- You represent us regularly in meetings with customers and suppliers and coordinate communication between all project participants.
- You develop and update the project plan in coordination with the customer and the development team.
- You take over the preparation and implementation of customer presentations.
- You are responsible for participating in workshops with customers, demonstrating the implementation of important milestones.
Your profile
- Master's degree in IT, business administration or similar.
- 5 years of professional experience in project management or similar experience, ideally in high tech or industrial field
- Customer facing environment with the tight deadlines is the plus
- Ideally high affinity for the automotive industry and experience with Automotive SPICE
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good teamwork and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently and competently with clients.
- Ideally experience in the automotive industry or a similar sector.
- Entrepreneurial thinking with an eye on budgets and deadlines.
- Projects successfully transitioned to series production are a strong plus.
- You are business fluent in English and ideally in German
