We are hiring a Program Manufacturing Leader located in St Malo (France) or Augsburg (Germany), reporting to Manufacturing Engineering Manager.

As member of the Project Team, he/she is responsible for all the manufacturing aspects of the project.
His/Her mission lasts from the acquisition to production + 6 months

Missions

His/Her main missions, based on the acquisition hypothesis, are :

  • Coordinate work package tasks and ensure their accomplishment according to the PMS deliverables.
  • (Responsible for the acomplishment of work packages for each PMS gate)
  • Define the concept of the production line
  • Define the layout of the production line in the plant
  • Lead the process FMEA ( initialization, realisation ,evolution , achievement)
  • Responsible of the global budget ( Capex defined during the acquisition phase)
  • Responsible for the technical caracteristics etablishment ( machines & specific tools)
  • With purchasing department and others contributors , participe to the choice of suppliers
  • Supervise manufacturing investments ( with suppliers and inside) .
  • Responsible for the validation of purchased equipments
  • Responsible ( with the PLTL) for the implementation of the global process in the plant
  • Responsible ( with the PLTL) for achieving results (commitments during acquisition) in terms of production ( lunch costs, cadency, scap, nb of workers,..) and quality ( achievement of customers requirements).
  • Participe with PLTL to the organization of trials and to convergence action plan building
  • Make sure that all quality, safety and production instructions are done ( working instructions, equipments instructions,..)
  • Establishes (in agreement with the factory) the leasons learned

Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in production area, including one position in Manufacturing Engineering / Process
  • Proven technical skills on product and process
  • Experience in Composites production processess or in Thermo-Plastic Injection would be a serious advantage

Skills and competencies :

  • familiar with program finance issues (costing, P&L, investments)
  • English required / German is a plus
  • Leadership/Analytical mind
  • Rigorous and autonomous
  • Appreciate the teamwork
  • Good skills in communication and negotiation
