The main missions
- Ensure the Faurecia standardized Program Management System (PMS) is followed in each program.
- Lead program reviews at the Division level, and contribute to preparing reviews carried out at the Business Group level.
- Manage and measure each program's performance and results: identify deficiencies, develop and implement action plans.
- Co-ordinate all essential functions to launch programs, including but not limited to sales, engineering and operations.
- Represent all Programs under his/her responsibility with customers, suppliers and Faurecia entities.
- Ensure the transfer of know-how between his/her programs and other Divisions of the Business Group.
- Assess Division program team member performance and set future objectives.
- Actively support the evolution of the PMS, and guarantee its implementation throughout the Division.
- Provide operational support for Programs within the Division whenever necessary.
- Act as a coach for all Program Managers under his/her responsibility.
- Co-ordinate and ensure program related reporting to the Group and the Business Group.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in engineering
- Minimum 7 years of work experience, with at least 5 years of project experience (ideally within Faurecia)
- Experience in an industrial environment and/or product experience a plus
- Experience in successfully managing one or several programs
- Good knowledge a Program Management System (i.e. standards, tools, methods, etc...)
- Ability to establish, develop, lead and coach a team
- Strong financial knowledge (including building and following a Business Plan)
- Result orientation
- Strong communication, negotiation and conflict management skills
- Ability to work in a matrixed organization
- Strategic, analytic and problem solving capabilities
- Planning and organising abilities
- Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
