Based in Berlin, Audible France is looking for a:
Product Marketing Specialist - CRO (m/f)
Who will be responsible for transforming interested visitors on Audible France website and application into active members and engaged listeners. You will report into the Senior Product Marketing Manager, France and own the A/B testing roadmap and execution and work closely with both, the acquisition and retention marketing team to improve the visitors and members user journey.
The position is initially open through a contract role lasting 12 months.
Main responsibilities
- Defining and executing a CRO roadmap based on the business vision, market trends, CRO best practice, Audible international testing key learnings and analytics.
Based on a defined test idea, you are responsible for developing a creative solution
(in cooperation with the designers), implement the solution in the testing tool and
run the test.Conducting A/B tests, which includes:
- Utilizing analytics platforms to support data-backed hypotheses.
- Creating design mockups, write engaging copy in French, implementing code, and set up tests into our internal platform.
- Analyzing the data from test results, derive hypothesis, document, recommend and prioritize follow up measures.
Act as the conversion expert within the Audible France team and support other
marketing team members by making optimization recommendation for their
respective channels.Create and deliver conversion presentations to the Audible France team.
Your profile
- Proven +3 years’ experience in executing and evaluating tests to optimize the online conversion funnel performance.
- CRO expertise in vetting ideas, test prioritization, writing hypotheses and ensuring execution of test plans using a proper methodology.
- Profound knowledge about e-commerce and online marketing trends.
- A proven track record of executing successful conversion funnel tests as well as Hands-on experience in conducting A/B tests.
- Experience with at least one major testing platform (i.e. Adobe Target, Visual Optimizer)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with major analytics platforms (i.e. Google Analytics, Site Catalyst).
- A good eye for usability and design.
- Well organized and used to deal with lots of project at a time.
- You will work very closely with different teams and need to be a good communicator and a strong team player.
- Fluency in French and English both written and spoken
Preferred qualifications
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and JS
