Your new responsibilities
- Governance for designated Sales Applications, jointly with Product Owner
- Standardization of related processes and data in collaborations with Process Owner and Data Stewards
- Guide Application Manager and User Communities across Region Europe
- Define and review requirements to support agile development and performance evaluation of applications according to customer /employee needs
- Engage with Business Owners for strategic direction. Communicate vision and fit with target application landscape to stakeholders and development teams
- Define releases and program increments and ensure sufficient features are in the backlog for development and continuous improvement, in collaboration with Product Owner
- Prioritize Backlog using value and size-based method (WSJF) – attend PI Meetings in collaboration with Application Owner
- Ensure systematic management of data to support sales management decisions, Region Europe’s initiative tracking and sales process efficiency
- Optimize processes for designated applications, considering end-to-end data flow and performance transparency
- Establish standards where beneficial & enable customization where required
- Provide performance insights from designated applications, e.g. usage, uptime or deviations from standards
- Track implementation and drive adoption rate for applications, processes and use of insights (data)
- Support implementation in the countries (intensified for pilots), including process change, training, and improvement measures
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or technical field or similar education
- At least 5 years of sales experience as well as understanding of business complexity and interdependencies of tools, processes and data
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar product manager role, managing international business excellence initiatives, preferable for solution sales applications and processes
- Understanding of agile software development methodologies and process analysis skills is a plus
- Knowledge of basic system engineering, information risk and architecture standards
- Passionate about data and experienced in leveraging any of the Advanced Analytics techniques to improve the reporting insights of a company is a plus
- Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
- Ability to explain your area of expertise to non-experts
- Good presentation and communication skills in English. German and an additional European language would be a plus
- Travel activity 10 – 20%
