Your new responsibilities
- Steering, guiding and capturing the requirements of the EU business stakeholder network, and working in close collaboration with global product management to ensure the timely planning and implementation of the product roadmap under your responsibility
- Ensuring the product conformity to the EU regulations and approvals
- Working with the rest of the team to develop and enhance value propositions and required training to deliver an effective market introduction of new products and releases
- Taking the lead in country projects from a pre-sales perspective, working with local product managers and sales teams to ensure knowledge creation for forthcoming opportunities
- Acting as a product evangelist and working with the EU network to ensure cross-country best practice sharing that is both technical and sales-oriented
- Defining the business model, price and marketing of the finished product, focusing in particular on communicating the customer benefit (value proposition)
- Continuing to look after the product after the market launch and seek optimizations and new market opportunities – with focus on the second key point above
Your skills and experience
- Successful completion of a course of studies in a technical or economics-related subject, such as industrial engineering or business information technology
- At least three years of experience as a product manager in a B2B environment in a global acting company, preferably with physical security background
- We would also like you to have already worked in an agile development environment
- Strong communicator who enjoys bringing together a variety of disciplines and levels in order to generate maximum benefits for everyone
- Value-driven and able to influence different stakeholders, adapting your communication register to the audience
- Fluent in English and thus able to work in an international environment. Any other European language, such as German or French, would be an asset
