The main missions

• Manage Muffler activities within the plants of the European Division
• Improve productivity & output/TRS of existing muffler lines by reducing cycle time, down time, scrap, ...
• Support and drive the Improvement Direct Labour Efficiency of muffler lines by automation (i.e. Cobot Applications)
• Ensure the deployment and improvement of process standards & best practices related to muffler lines
• Support plants, programs and suppliers for process issues related to muffler
• Support processes development and improvement related to muffler incl. related tooling and equipment
• Train and instruct the european muffler network and feedback to the global BG muffler network in regards to process improvement and standardization

Profile

• Master's degree in manufacturing engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Automotive industry
• Proven technical skills on process and product in muffler
• Trained in Faurecia Excellence System and Program Management System
• Strong communication skills, ability to structure know-how
• Networking capabilities, ability to work in a matrix organization
• International mindset
• Fluent in English required, German or other language will be a plus
