Tasks

• As the Platform Owner Digital Toolkit and Head of Life Science AI Accelerator (f/m), you will play a critical leadership role within the Life Science Technology Office, spearheading the launch and management of innovative digital solutions. This role combines program ownership, team leadership, and digital product management, with a strong focus on execution, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Your expertise will drive the Digital Toolkit workstream and the LS AI Accelerator, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and enhancing operational efficiency across multiple teams. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of digital transformation in Life Science by developing cutting-edge tools such as digital twins and AI use cases. In this hands-on position, you will lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of growth and professional development. Your influence will extend to senior stakeholders across R&D, IT/OT, and Data Management, positioning you as a key player in strategic decision-making.
• You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing talent, ensuring a sustainable pipeline of skilled professionals. Profile

• You possess substantial professional experience in digital/AI and lab platforms, including managerial responsibilities.
• You hold a Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant scientific or digital/data science discipline.
• You have demonstrated experience leading digital transformation projects within a Life Science or technology environment.
• You excel in team leadership, mentoring, and talent development, fostering a culture of learning.
• You possess strong project management skills, with PMP and/or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
• You have hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and AI/ML frameworks.
• You possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You are knowledgeable about Life Science and digital/data regulatory frameworks.
