Main Responsibilities

Transfers

• Ensure the communications between plants (Current producer and receiver)
• Able to put in place millstones and following them
• Monitor the project and insure competitiveness
• Insure the same level of quality as OEM business
• Motivate the team around the common targets
• Insure the respect of Faurecia guide rules of transfers

Delivery management

• Support a plant by building an action plan
• Able to identify problems & providing quick solutions
• Following actions and insure the good communication between FCM & Customers

Customer relationship

• Develop the relationship with his direct counterparts at the customer and with diverse department (Logistic, Quality, Purchasing)
• Know the customer organization and identify the key deciders or influence people for support.

Documentation

• Being rigourous on project documentation: Tooling list, PFMEA, Costing,…

Profile

• Master’s degree in Business or Industrial Engineering
• 3-5 years professional experience in a sales or program management function
• Fluent in German and English, any other language (e.g. Czech) is a plus
• Good knowhow on MS Office (Excel, Access, Powerpoint)
• Good on building database structure and management
• Willingness to travel (1 to 2 weeks per month)
• Good Listener, challenging, coordinator & and team leader for functional reports
• Good at consolidating data, analyze, understand, organize, prioritize & work under pressure
• Drive for the result & customer oriented
