Main missions

• Development, planning and realization of worldwide internal and external logistics projects
• Responsible for the preparation of the logistics budget and the personnel planning for projects based on customer requirements
• Creation of area, resource and warehouse planning in connection with new and change projects
• Continuous material flow planning from the supplier up to and including put-away into the delivery warehouse (AKL, etc.)
• Planning of JIS/JIT transports
• Contact for plants, departments, service providers and customers for logistics
• Execution of internal logistics audits
• Design and definition of corporate standards, tools and processes
• Support of the plants (planning, SAP, etc.

Profile

• Completed technical or business studies with a focus on logistics or comparable technical or commercial training with several years of professional experience
• Extensive know-how in the areas of materials planning, materials management and warehouse logistics required
• Knowledge of the application of "lean principles" in the areas of production and logistics
• Experience in the automotive industry as well as in dealing with the MTM methodology desirable
• Routine in dealing with MS Office , especially MS Excel ▪ ideally knowledge of SAP
• Very good German and English skills in word and writing
• Self-employed, reliable and service-oriented way of working
• Excellent teamwork and good communication skills
• Intercultural competence and international willingness to travel
