Your challenge

• Legal advice in all stages of complex international EPC Projects, in particular contract drafting, review and negotiations; support for internal Group approval processes
• Preparation and review of various legal documents, agreements and contracts, incl. project contracts, in English
• Clarification of legal requirements, in particular in various international projects
• Claim and anti-claim management
• Legal correspondence in English
• Co-operation with external lawyers (m/f/d)

Your profile

• Business law or legal training (university, university of applied sciences)
• At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience as a lawyer in a legal department or an
• internationally orientated commercial law firm
• Bar exam is an advantage
• Experience in international construction contract law/FIDIC is an advantage
• Business fluent in English (at least B2), French and/or other foreign languages are an advantage
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
