Missions

• Project Monitoring: Recording of program procedures, follow up of business plan, program overview and budget reporting
• Program status analysis and visualisation
• Implementation of risk, opportunity analysis and action plans
• To support in leading and coordination of cross-functional program teams (Engineering, Sales, Controlling, Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) and definition of tasks and objectives to the team members
• Implementation of a “Program Management Culture” by using defined processes of Faurecia´s Program Management System as well as advancement of synergies between all program members
• Organisation of communication during the entire program life time
• Structuring of important program information by securing program consistency and identify potential improvement ideas (lessons learned)
• Development of good contacts and negotiations with customers of Faurecia
• Coordination of the ECR Management

Profil

• University Degree (Master) preferably in Engineering Science and Economics
• Experiences in industrial environment (1 2 years) and/or product experiences are beneficial
• Ability to work in a matrix organisation
• Fluent in German and English
• Knowledge of accounting and finance
