(Junior) International Buyer Manager/ Sales Manager (f/m) - Automotive


About the International Buyer Management team:

The international buyer management team is the result of the acknowledgement of our customers’ needs when it comes to international trading. Our goal is to excel at customer service by making cross-border buying a seamless and fully satisfactory experience, from understanding our international offer to successfully receiving the cars in the customer´s compound.

Your tasks

  • In this role you´ll be responsible for developing the import activity in France, through the acquisition and growth of customers interested in international trading.
  • You´ll analyze the market, identify and convert potential interesting buyers.
  • You will train the buyers on our sales channels and the company processes.
  • You´ll promote international sales, in particular by telephone, but also in person visits.
  • Additionally, you´ll promote other BCA services (such as transport), as well as identify needs and business opportunities.
  • You´ll be the central point of contact for buyers across the whole buyer journey.
  • You´ll record all relevant customer information in the global CRM to classify, prioritize and process customers.
  • Besides, you´ll create sales forecast and statistics.
  • You´ll work closely with all the relevant local and international

Your profile

  • You are a native speaker in French and you have an advanced level of English. German and other languages would be a plus.
  • You are an excellent communicator with strong customer focus.
  • You are result-oriented and have excellent time management skills.
  • Organizational talent, passion, independence, flexibility and team spirit characterize your work style.
  • You are able to work with stakeholders from all levels.
  • You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office.
  • You have a general interest in automotive industry. Experience in the automotive industry and in commercial or telesales roles is appreciated.
  • You are available to travel upon business requirements.
