Your main responsabilities

• Assist in analyzing and implementing compensation and benefits policies.
• Collaborate with HR teams to manage international mobility processes, including transfers and expatriations.
• Provide administrative support in HRIS data governance, performance management, and other HR-related activities.
• Assist in various Compensation & Benefits processes to ensure smooth execution.
• Participate in ad hoc C&B projects as needed.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and tool

• Thourough and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• French is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
