Missions

• Administration, operating and functional support for the JIT application
• Functional (2. Level) support for SAP PP/MM Module
• Ensure the availability of production-critical IT systems
• Operate and configure infrastructure hardware including servers, switches
• Operating (monitoring of system processes, Backup and Restore)
• Rotating on duty support (3 shift production)
• Handling of ticket management, helpdesk, user administration, hardand software installation
• Ensure the application of Group standards, especially concerning hardware, software, security policies, software licenses control, inventory, etc.
• Covering standby-service
• Communicate with internal clients, vendor partners, and stakeholders

Profile

• A degree in Information Technology, with specialization in system integration
• Minimum 1-3 years of work experience
• Specific knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange 2003 and Windows Server 2003
• Expertise of Windows and Office 2003
• Service-minded, ability to communicate and work in a team
• Experience in automotive processes would be beneficial
• Minimum bi-lingual (Good level in German and English required)
