Our client is an international player in the financial sector. We are looking for a bilingual IT Service Desk Employee (m/f) to support the French and German employees with headquarters in Southern Germany and home office:

What can you expect from us? Your area of responsibility

• Supporting users with IT problems (Microsoft Windows, Office, hardware-software environment), if necessary remotely
• Computer hardware configuration
• Development of user-specific solutions
• 1st level support in the IT service desk
• Cooperation with 2nd and 3rd level
• Communication via ticketing systems
• Saving feedback from the assignment in a spreadsheet

What do we expect from you? Your qualifications

• IT knowledge (computer science studies or acquired during a training course)
• First experience in IT helpdesk is a plus
• Technical (hardware) and IT (software) knowledge
• ITIL and ITSM tool knowledge
• French (written and oral) and German (oral)
• Team spirit and collegiality
• Good communication with customers
