Tasks
- Lead the "TECH CARE" program within Allianz Technology, focusing on applications reliability engineering.
- Define and implement practices across tribes, promoting cloud-native patterns and ensuring compliance with EU regulations (DORA and NIS2).
- Oversee vision, planning, and delivery, measured by KPIs like availability, reliability, security posture, and technical debt indicators.
- Contribute to IT Strategy documents, such as resilience strategy, and ensure audit requirements are met.
- Establish governance to steer technical value of products, implementing visual management to measure tribe performance.
- Design practices based on principles like automation, shift-left security integration, immutability, and leveraging AI capabilities.
- Facilitate community building, follow Agile methodology, and report to the Steering Committee while ensuring process compliance.
Profile
- Proven ability to manage large programs in an agile manner, including sprint planning and agile ceremonies.
- Ability to identify and implement pragmatic, innovative, and convenient solutions.
- Skill in presenting complex ideas clearly and effectively to facilitate discussions and achieve consensus.
- Capability to "build bridges" across the organization and work under time pressure in complex environments.
- Over 10 years of experience in IT Operations, including incident management, monitoring, and change management.
- Deep knowledge of DevOps, DevSecOps, SRE, and familiarity with COBIT framework and regulations like DORA and NIS2.
- Experience and certifications in ITIL, Agile (Kanban, Scrum, DevOps), and Lean methodologies, with fluency in English for international meetings.
