Misions

Working in a team to manage and administrate access rights within several systems
Join and mange IT related projects regards to IAM & Cyber Security
Development and improvement of IT operations processes
Implement new solutions coming from regulatory and business requirements
Contact for coordination with providers regarding IAM and Cyber Security procedures
Interface for ITO related processes and tasks, e.g. Incidents, Problems and Changes

Critères de candidature

• Niveau d'étude minimum: Bac + 5 / M2 et plus

Formation / Spécialisation:

• Diploma in computer science, or communications engineering, or business administration, or
• comparable education
• Stakeholder management skills (Internal & External)
• Beneficial: Experience of managing a service provider
• Niveau d'expérience minimum: 0 - 2 ans

Soft skills:

Hard Skills:

• Good knowledge of best practices for IT Services Management; i.e. ITIL, related ISO / IEC Standards
• Basic knowledge of common IT architectures

Soft skills:

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently, with a minimum of supervision

Outils informatiques:

• General knowledge of Microsoft products
• Knowledge of Business/ Banking IT infrastructure

Langues:

• Fluent in English, a basic knowledge in German would be a plus
