Your Mission

• First point of contact for internal customers in Operations functional area: warehousing, transportation, production, quality, EDI interfaces
• Perform first level of investigation for application and process incidents, follow up on error with customer and cooperate with other IT functions until resolution
• Respond to standard and more complex tickets with requests for information raised by key users, share knowledge with key users
• Coordinate testing in core model evolutions
• Independently search for knowledge in internal knowledge tools and collaborate with direct colleagues and other IT departments all around the world seeking for information

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Studies, Business Informatics or equivalent discipline
• At least 1 years of relevant experience in a similar role or a Key User role in operations area
• Experience in Usage of SAP in materials management, purchasing, plant maintenance or production planning or any other SAP module
• Ability to write clear documentation (such as business requirements, technical specifications and process flows)
• Showing strong ownership with problem-solving skills
• Service-oriented personality with excellent communication skills
• Talented in the analytical thinking, excellent skills in searching for reasons and causes
• Great desire and eagerness to learn and develop
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
