Tasks and Responsibilities

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

Your main activities will include:

  • Collaborate with Controlled Data key stakeholders and build an inventory of Assets, with a risk based approach to prioritization.
  • Contribute across Business and IM Security, particularly the SOC, to help prioritize their activities based upon on a Controlled data as an asset identification.
  • Collaborate with product and service owners across IM Security in order they can deliver the appropriate way to protect the High Value Assets (Controlled Data).
  • Build, develop and update all processes and supporting key documentation, contribution to AISG (chapter 2); RFP template (Chapter 7); IM Charter; ...
  • Ensure service delivery back to the stakeholder, and establish stakeholder feedback processes and benchmarks.
  • Support the IM community, the business and customer projects in proposing solutions in compliance with national regulation, technical requirements and business processes.
  • Define, manage and publish KPI’s and compliance dashboard for this activity that track Cyber risk management/reduction in line with objectives.
  • Possess a deep transferable knowledge of new and emerging technologies, including ability to autonomously develop POCs and to contribute future IT strategies and standards.

Required skills

You are preparing a diploma level Master Degree/Bac +5 in Information Management discipline or equivalent, with a specialization in Project Management, Data Management, and you obtain the following competences:

  • Knowledge on security solutions and environment
  • Understanding of IT principles (networks and I A M) enablers (network protocols and devices, Identity federation etc.) and common Client Server / Web applications
  • Analytical problem solving ability, coupled with tenacious delivery
  • Ability to work in a multi-functional team
  • Communication, presenting skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skill
  • English: (ADVANCE) & French: (ADVANCE)
  • Your first experience in project mode.
  • You are interested in Project Management, work in Multi-functional team
  • You are able to use proficiently such tools as Microsoft office, visualbasic
