Your main missions

• Support the deployment and follow-up of Talent management tools and campaigns (annual interviews, objective settings, people reviews, succession planning, etc.)
• Working closely with the network Talent managers and HR Managers across Europe, you will support the follow up of development activities such as mentoring, coaching or individual development plan (IDP) for key talents and act as Talent manager for VIEs
• Assist the Talent Managers in order to fulfill the staffing needs, facilitating internal mobility and transition or external recruitments
• Providing reports and indicators in order to support the deployment of the people review action plan by liaising with the relevant talent managers

Profile

• You are currently completing a Master’s degree, with specialization in HR
• First internship in HR, ideally in recruitment, in training or in reporting
• Fluent in English, international mindset
• Willing to develop
