Tasks

• Support the integration of ESG considerations across infrastructure debt and equity investments throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Contribute to ESG due diligence, portfolio monitoring and engagement activities, including the assessment of ESG risks, opportunities and action plans.
• Support climate-related initiatives, including decarbonisation strategies, net zero commitments, climate risk assessments and transition planning.
• Analyse ESG and climate data collection, perform quality checks and contribute to the development of internal data management and monitoring tools.
• Support ESG reporting obligations and industry initiatives, including SFDR, EU Taxonomy, GRESB, PRI and investor reporting and disclosure requests.
• Conduct research on emerging ESG, climate and regulatory developments and assess their relevance for infrastructure investments.
• Collaborate with investment teams, portfolio companies and external stakeholders on Responsible Investment working groups and strategic initiatives.

Profile

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Sustainability, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Public Policy, or a related field, or taking a gap year.
• Strong interest in Responsible Investment, ESG topics, climate change and infrastructure markets.
• First experience through internships, academic projects or extracurricular activities in ESG, sustainable investing or infrastructure or related areas is a requirement.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to organise, interpret and communicate complex information clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analysis and AI tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional European languages are an advantage.
