Tasks and Responsibilities

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

Your main activities will include:

Communications / Hub page:

• Update of Faculties Hub pages (publishing of news items, update of learnings + jobs & competencies catalogues); monthly review to the Faculties’ teams of comms roadmap, chasing up of actions…

Job & Competence harmonisation:

• Support the harmonisation of jobs and competencies at Group level, with preparatory work (analysis of data and recommendations for improvements), support to governance (agenda, MoM, meetings organisation…)

Learning Catalogue analysis and optimization:

• Lead the parameterization of our Learning deployment figures at Group level, and prepare the analysis and set of recommendations for catalogue optimization.

Required skills

You are preparing a diploma level Bac + 4/5 in Human Resources or equivalent, with a specialisation in Competence & Learning and you have developed following competences:

• English: NEGOTIATION
• A first experience in project management
• You are interested in the Industrial environment
• You are able to use proficiently such tools as Powerpoint and Excel
