Missions

• Assist the HR Manager in personnel administration, follow-up of group HR policies and staffing issues
• Elaborate, manage and follow the organization training plan according to a needs analysis
• Organize, monitor and evaluate training programs to enhance training efficiency
• Anticipate and assess potential learning needs and propose adequate trainings
• Liaise with Faurecia University for deployment & follow-up of corporate training programs
• Drive the improvement idea process for Peine plant committee
• Support weekly temporary workers planning and coordination and resp. invoice check
• Master HR purchase order management
• Enter data into time tracking system and support employees in all questions with regard to time management
• Support making of plant’s employee newspaper and other internal communication means and events
• Drive recruiting process of trainees

Profile

• Master Degree with a specialisation in HR
• First experience in the HR function within an industrial environment would be a plus
• Familiar with HR Information systems (SAP HCM) is a plus
• Very good MS Office skills are a must
• Self-organised and able to cope with changing priorities
• Open minded and high degree of empathy and interpersonal skills
• English and German language fluent
