Our client is a French group whose subsidiary in Germany develops and manufactures innovative storage systems ("Made in Germany") for renewable energies. We are looking for the support of the fast growing subsidiary with 200 employees in the Leipzig area as soon as possible her / his:

Human Resources Manager - Energy systems - German / English (m/f/d), Leipzig

Your tasks

• Local responsibility for payroll, salary policy and budget. You will work closely with external service providers and will be responsible for reliable and accurate elaboration
• Operational HR day-to-day business for the location in Leipzig: coordination with external service providers, recruitment of new employees, administrative handling of day-to-day business, HR projects, HR development
• Advising and supporting employees and managers on all HR-related issues: You will work closely with managers and other stakeholders to continuously improve organizational efficiency. You act as a business partner in the area of responsibility of the local managing director and executives
• Labor law responsibility and cooperative collaboration
• Proactive interface with French HQ: You will participate in the successful implementation of Group HR projects locally and contribute to HR Change projects. You support the further development of HR processes and standards such as the implementation of HR strategies and change processes in the company

Your profile

• You are an open-minded and empathetic manager: you have a strong customer and service orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking. You are self-confident, friendly and bring along good organizational skills
• Language skills: You are fluent in German and English
• Independent working style: You manage your priorities skillfully and meet the given deadlines. You enjoy teamwork, are ambitious, creative and committed
• Good knowledge of labor and social security law as well as initial management experience
• A successfully completed degree (business administration, law, human resources...) with a focus on HR as well as solid experience in a similar position
