The main missions

Support and counsel managers and professionals in all HR related issues
Recruit of managers and professionals
Execute operational HR work
Participate in personel development and HR projects
Implementation of group HR policies and their follow-up
Steer all administrative tasks

Profile

University degree related to Human Resources Management
Minimum 3 years of experience in an operational HR function
Knowledge in labour law and industrial relations
Task oriented, very good interpersonal skills
Willingness for business travel
Ability to work in a matrix organisation
Strong communication skills in international environment
Minimum bi-lingual (English and German required)
