Main Missons

• Provide Faurecia Excellence System (FES) expertise and FES coaching at factory level
• Active participation in the PIP (Plant Improvement Plan) to reach the budget
• Responsibility for creating and following up the FES Deployment Plan
• Ensure understanding of KPIs, FES and related factory results
• Imparting "lean" knowledge and skills to the factory team through training and coaching
• Active driver of the lean manufacturing concept within the factory
• Responsibility for creating and achieving the MOD cost budget through efficient MOD cost management and reducing MOD costs
• Support for creating and complying with standardized work, developing OHP, and implementing tools to continuously improve
• Active participation in the reduction of turnaround time by conducting lean workshops and coaching
• In-house FES network invigorate and coordinate and actively participate in the division network
• Analysing site risks and introducing solutions to improve working conditions, industrial safety, fire protection and environmental protection.
• Control compliance with legislation and maintain the site's relations with local authorities and administrations
• Control the reporting of HSE indicators

Profile

• Successful university degree in technical logistics or similar
• Several years of experience in manufacturing/logistics in an industrial company, preferably in the automotive industry
• Safety specialist
• In-depth knowledge of project management
• Fluency in German and English
• Ability to work in a team
