About the role
- You will be involved in setting up the complete HR department, including implementation and reevaluation of processes and HR policies
- You will be responsible for labor and working council law (e.g. data protection concepts, remote working benefit program, etc.)
- Together with your team members you will manage adhoc request as well as new business requires
- You understand the requirements of new work and solve them with innovative and creative approaches
- You will be an active participant in creating HR reporting and creative overviews for different internal target groups
- Together with your new colleges you will be responsible to fulfill the internal quality management (minimum standards of HR work)
- You communicate professional to interfaces to different HR-relateddepartments and Stakeholders and challenge them to come out of their comfort zone.
- You will be responsible for excel-related projects
- You have the chance to own your own project (e.g. implementation working council, company pension plan, quality standards, annual salary review process, compensation and benefits, roll-in HR-Tool).
Your Profile
Education:
- You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on human resources or you have completed a comparable education
Experience:
- You have significant experience of working as an HR Expert in different fields
- You have proven track record of working internationally and ideally already gained experience in a tech start-up environment
- You have valuable expertise in the Microsoft Office package, especially strong Excel skills
Personal skills:
- You have a hands-on-mentality and getting things done
- You are characterized by a high degree of high level of assertiveness, self-initiative, communication and negotiation skills, stress resistance, precision and social competence.
- You are innovative and creative
- The implementation of new HR processes is fun for you and you can quickly find yourself in, adjust to and hit the ground running with new situations
- Client facing or Stakeholder Management
Language skills:
- Excellent German(C1) and English (mind. B2+) skills complete your profile
