Key Responsibilities

Training Management:

  • Organize, prepare, and deliver all training and learning programs.
  • Communicate available training offerings to employees and provide them with necessary information.
  • Manage registration and administrative tasks (certificates, participant lists, etc.)
  • Collect feedback from training participants and trainers.
  • Review and maintain documents and reporting tools.

Procurement and Contract Management for the Learning & Development department:

  • Prepare and manage all the contractual documents.
  • Manage the operational activities related to procurement and invoicing.

Learning & Development Projects:

  • Contribute to the implementation of HR Group-wide actions in the entity (health care day, diversity day,…)
  • Contribute to the organisation of Group's development programs
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal processes (e.g. intranet pages) and tools (e.g. digitalization) within the HR department.

HR Business Partner:

  • Support the Team in the administration of interns and VIEs

Profile

  • Niveau d'étude minimum: Bac + 5 / M2 et plus

  • Formation / Spécialisation:

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources or any related fieldPassion for HR and wish to develop your skills in this field

  • A first experience (internship, apprenticeship, first job) in the field of HR Development and/or recruitment and/or HR Business Partner is mandatory.

  • Niveau d'expérience minimum: 0 - 2 ans
