Main Mission

  • Functional leadership and coordination of the QSE coordinators in all plants worldwide in terms of corporate quality standards and tools
  • Ensures the implementation of corporate quality standards and tools in the plants
  • Initiation and implementation of problem-solving methods in the plants
  • Development of proposals to improve, extend and complement the corporate quality standards and tools
  • Defining and establishing new quality standards and tools
  • Preparation of training materials and coordination of training courses and workshops in the plants
  • Monitoring of quality indicators and supporting the plants at improvement programs to increase the operational performance
  • Support the plants in contact with the customers
  • Planning and implementation of Operational Excellence System audits in coordination with relevant departments
  • Support the superior (VP-C-QM) regarding the ongoing development of quality awareness and quality philosophy throughout the company
  • Assisting in the resource and budget planning for the plants

Profile

  • Degree in Engineering or similar
  • Profound experience in the field of quality, ideally in automotive
  • Know-how in customer requirement management, incl. complaint management
  • Strong experience in quality methods (FMEA, 5-Why, 8D, 7 Q-Tools, Six Sigma, and others)
  • Experience in multi-project management
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set with a can do attitude
  • Strong Leadership experience, modern managementand communication skills, to be able to act and develop team members
  • Agility to understand and adapt to Faurecia Organization
  • Intercultural and open mindset with great social skills
  • Lean & Quality standards experience
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Standard PC Software knowledge (MS Office etc) and SAP
  • Ideally train the trainer certification
