Missions
Implementation of new business
- Close co-operation with GKAM in respect to new business opportunities
- Undertake data gathering and implementation visits
- Responsible for new SOP requirements with support from local contacts
- Arrange new rate additions as required
- Maintain Global Rate Sheet
Global Compliance
- Ensure Global standards are set across all KN stations involved with our Pharma customer
- Ensure Global Operational Procedures and reports are set up and scheduled in-line with customer needs.
- Global Trade compliance Team (excludes USA)
- Attend external operational reviews and QBR’s globally
- Work with CEM and OKAM’s to monitor DQ issues and resolve
- Maintain CP
- Maintain MOP
- Maintain Global Rate Card
- Maintain Global Contact and escalation List
Continuous Improvements
- Identify and ensure adherence to KPI’s in conjunction with Global stations
- On-going review of operational procedures to maximise efficiency in processes and cost reduction opportunities
- Assist in creation of CAPA documents identifying corrective actions and amendment of processes
- On-going cost saving initiatives and maintenance of Global cost saving records
- Share best practice across all site s
General
- Global operational strategy, working with Global Account Team and management
- Global escalation, both internally and externally
- Review, report and recommend any action/direction up wards that may need senior management or corporate intervention
- Take ownership of agreed projects and ensure they are managed correctly and in-line with dead-lines
- Assist GKAM in arranging addendums to contract etc.
- Build and maintain relationships with the customer
- Facilitate meetings with the customer at an operational and senior management level
- Build and maintain relationships with Global KN operational staff and management
- Train, educate KN internal colleagues on all aspects of the customer accounts to meet customer expectations
Profile
- Master's degree in Business Administration or Logisitics
- Conclusive professional experience in a similar job
- Knowledge of the pharma market
- Knowledge of the main stages of the supply chain (international transport, customs clearance, warehousing, distribution)
- Fluent English & French
