Your Responsibilities
- Drive and deliver the customer focused technology (quote, book and end-to-end visibility) along the road logistics supply chain
- Establish and shape value driven innovation such as AI, sensor, voice and more to support our customer’s growth and new ways of working and manage those critical technology step-changes along the journey and measure success against clearly defined criteria
- Manage external and internal senior stakeholders such as the management, business and engineering teams to ensure maximum alignment
- Deep dive and understand the impact and value our systems provide to our customers and users, suggest and prioritize technology focus points to maximize impact vs. investment and optimize time to market
- Develop roadmaps and onboarding programs to raise the technology integration of our customer from current to future states within the complex technical environment of a global player
- Execute strategic project management for our core project of TMS enhancement and rollout in order to improve customer experience, user experience and cost
- Execute customer integrations from start to end including solution design, technology demonstrations, interface message preparation, testing and launch execution
- Raise the bar by analyzing, reviewing and implementing the best practices and learnings on the similar initiatives from the market
Your Skills and Experiences
- Passion for customer excellence and value-driven way of working.
- Large scale logistics/ operations/ eCommerce/ visibility/ cost optimization experience.
- Extensive experience managing complex technology programs and projects from planning through execution.
- Leadership experience in logistics innovation programs and implementations
- Multiple years of experience in a related area preferably with planning and implementation of technology systems, tools and features with a customer experience, speed and quality focus.
- Exceptional analytical skills and experience using data and the principles of Lean/ Six Sigma to understand, optimize and automate operations
- Willingness to travel to manage a variety of stakeholders
- Proficient English language skills (German, French or Polish, are highly advantageous)
