Your tasks
- As Managing Director Front Office you are in charge of leading the Sales and Field Management Departments of Volkswagen Losch Financial Services (VWLFS).
- You are in charge of the corporate management in cooperation with the Managing Director Back Office. You are particularly responsible for the development and implementation of the corporate strategy, corporate goals and corporate values.
- You represent the Group/VWLFS at several events and are the contact person for internal and external stakeholders. You also maintain contact with banks, other financial market players and customers.
- You are defining and implementing the VWLFS sales and marketing strategy as well as developing and implementing sales and online marketing strategies in collaboration with Volkswagen Financial Services, the Losch brands and related dealerships.
- You are the main contact person for dealerships incl. related communication and regular dealer visits. Moreover, you are in charge of developing and strengthening the existing business relationships with dealerships, Used Cars by Losch and the Losch Business Center (Fleet).
- You are the interface for all questions regarding the leasing and fleet market, organization, coordination and execution of specific brand/importer campaigns in connection with VWLFS.
- You are in charge of the initiation and execution of projects for continuous improvement of effectiveness and automation as well as customer orientation.
Your profile
- A thorough understanding of the motor financial services industry as well as knowledge about the Luxembourgish Market and interactivity with importer are required.
- You have at least 10 years of experience in financial services and 5 years of experience as a senior manager.
- You like to build effective relationships and successfully negotiate at a board of director level.
- Personal qualities must include excellent leadership ability, outstanding communication and a result-driven mindset.
- Mediator skills and first-class people management skills.
- You are analytical, demanding and driven to achieve challenging personal and company objectives.
- You are fluent in French, German and English (oral and writing), Luxembourgish is a plus.
