Missions
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
Customer Order Desk back (COD) office:
Managing the FHS customer back orders on a daily basis:
- Making the link with the FHS COD teams and repair teams abroad,
- Animating the daily operation meeting and providing the priorities for the team,
- Monitoring the FHS COD daily actions and decisions taken by FHS COD teams abroad.
Providing assistance to the AIRBUS FHS Customer Order Desk on:
- Management of complex situations,
- Financial decisions (as per the P/A),
- Technical queries (Master Equipment List (MEL) extension studies, FAL robbery, interchangeability, mixability, minimum requirements…),
- Asset control (release of parts from satellite pools, release of specifically controlled components…),
- IT system information
In case of nil stock situations, leading actions to:
- Making a part available in due time (from repair, loans, standard exchanges, procurement new or used…),
- Finding alternate solutions in case no part can be made available from traditional sources (obtain Technical Adaptation (TA), loan from another A/L, FAL robbery…),
- Keeping the customer order desk and the customer operations manager aware of work done.
Projects:
- Being the watchtower super user for implementing PPS (practical problem solving) when related to transport or warehouse issues in close cooperation with the supplier manager in-charge,
- Supporting the implementation of process changes, new process, or, new IS tool (guide & processes updates, explanations, refresh on processes a tool…).
Referent:
- Being the WatchTower referent for the “handle customer order” process and work with the relevant suppliers managers for process improvements and change management.
- For clarification purpose, the FHS supply chain is managed within the watchtower team in Toulouse but also within a network of reginal team (part of SLROS) or external suppliers.
- You will monitor and improve a very complex supply chain with different heterogeneous actors and you will be able to interact with big number of stakeholders and manage the issues to avoid blocking the business.
This position requires to be able to work on standby when needed (no recurrent needs) to support the COD team in Kuala.

- Logistic engineer, Aeronautical engineer (Minimum BAC+5),
- Able to work with multiple data,
- Able to work with short deadlines,
- Root cause analysis, synthetic view,
- Team spirit,
- Autonomy and pragmatism,
- Good communication skills,
- Negotiation level in English.
