Financial Analyst (m/f), Blagnac

Airbus (Blagnac) is looking for a credit analyst.

You will provide the top management and the Airbus procurement community with the visibility on the key suppliers' financial situation.
You will support the procurement community in its risk management and strategy defining missions by bringing in your financial expertise.

The monitoring scope covers all Airbus critical suppliers in all commodities (aerostructures, systems, equipment, material, engines and engineering).
The activity is a key input of the Supplier Watchtower process, which manages the financial risk across the supply base and requires a permanent coordination with the departement Procurement Strategy (PY).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main activities will be:

• Analysing financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) of all Airbus key suppliers, using standard credit analysis techniques,
• Producing high-level expertise memos and synthesizing the situation,
• Providing top management and buyers with the appropriate level of information,
• Meeting strategic suppliers' financial directors,
• Realising advanced analyses of business plans / strategy of critical suppliers (financial modeling),
• Performing on-site suppliers' audits when required,
• Supporting the suppliers' crisis teams with your expertise in order to help the procurement to take appropriate risk mitigation measures,
• Supporting the procurement during selection processes,
• Proposing and performing consolidated / transversal analyses,
• Delivering financial training to the procurement community.

Profile

• You have a 5 years degree in Finance / Accounting and 3 to 5 years of experience in this domain.
• You have an advanced level in MS Excel.
