Tasks
- Develop and implement targeted talent attraction activities (digital, physical) across various channels for different candidate segments with our team.
- Lead and design Digital marketing campaigns to support external local recruitment challenges
- Design and implement strategic campus marketing for key universities. This includes mobilizing Airbus employees, arranging sponsorships, organizing career fairs, roadshows & site visits, and collaborating with external partners like online platforms.
- Implement a consistent framework for tracking, measuring and optimizing conversion rates across all channels reporting on performance against metrics and optimizing as required.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders: HR, Business, and external agencies. Share our activities internally to raise awareness about ongoing campaigns.
- Assess market research, conditions, and competitor data to plan strategies for identifying new markets, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads.
Profile
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Employment Marketing.
- Educated to Master degree level (or equivalent).
- Ability to analyze marketing campaign performance and report on successes.
- Content creation experience and expertise (Fluency in French is required).
- Professional fluency in English

- Creativity in developing programs and methods for engaging an audience toward the success of a goal, with rigorous commercial business sense.
- Relationship-building skills with business leaders, the community, and the target audience of employees, clients.
- Organizing, including the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Empathy, using skills that allow the Engagement Specialist to determine what is most important to their target audience, and then working to deliver on an organizational promise.
- Engaging, having a natural like of people, a knack for leading, and sales skills that help engage others in goals.
- Communication: exceptional written, visual and verbal communication.
- You will act as an expert within the Helicopters division, therefore, the ability to work independently is essential.
