Tasks

  • As a Customer Application Consultant for Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADC) (f/m), you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth across the EMEA region. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage strategic customers within the ADC market. You will deliver tailored Bioprocessing solutions, focusing on ADC conjugation, containment and purification challenges.
  • Collaborating closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams, you will develop customer-centric strategies and offer consultative support to seamlessly integrate our innovative ADC technologies into customer workflows. You leverage your technical expertise and market insights to navigate complex sales cycles, build strong relationships with customers across EMEA, and bring valuable market intelligence back to drive our product development and strategic decisions.
  • The preferred location for this field-based position is France, with Germany as an alternative option.

Profile

  • Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related Life Sciences field with 7+ years of relevent experience
  • Proven experience in ADC conjugation, containment and purification technologies within bioprocessing environments
  • Strong customer focus with demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships in the Biopharma or Life Sciences industry
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles and providing consultative support to technical customers
  • Ability to translate market insights and customer needs into actionable intelligence for internal teams
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA to support regional customer engagement
  • Excellent English communication skills with ability to present technical solutions to diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive, action-oriented mindset with strong independent working capabilities and problem-solving skills
