Tasks
- Tailor the Global Digital and Media strategies to the local/HUB characteristics for division
- Map local consumer decision journey for categories and Brands – with CMO/CMI
- Represent division as digital gatekeeper in multidiv-structure CMO Mancom, Category SteerCo and IT Beauty-Tech Power Group for technology
- Build a strong partnership with Digital Technology to improve services
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders inside the Company (marketing, communication, sales), digital ecosystem and media partners
- Ensure monitoring of digital performance and consumer engagement
- Media Strategy: Ensure cross-media efficiency, close tracking of results, actionable recommendations & conversion to sellout
- Owned platforms excellence (Websites, SEO, Social…)
- Ensure Advocacy Excellence to maximize reach AND trust through relevant spokespeople, ratings & reviews & Communication/PR
- Ensure Audience building by leveraging all Digital marketing methods (content marketing, social, events amplification…)
- Foster teams to leverage Earned media through influencers strategies
- Oversee a strategic approach to the use of social media and provide relevant content for them; in order to support digital marketing campaigns and the wider aims of the Brands
- Oversee the implementation of CRM strategy and data management
- Foster boosting e-commerce by supporting and demanding local strategies for e-retailing, e-boutiques (D2C Shop) and supporting new business model pilots (e.g. Amazon, Zalando)
- Ensure appropriate commercial targets are set for D2C ecommerce activity and ensure its tracking sharing responsibility with the commercial team
- Support E-Commerce department by challenging the timely provision of content/A+ content and best asset management
- Foster Digital Business Development with innovative digital concepts
- Budget: Plan, track and be accountable for the digital production & media budget
- Ensure & execute proactive communication B2B & B2C on key ACD topics in Sense of Purpose Pillars Sustainability, Innovation, People on owned corporate channels and relevant press, event, speaking op placements. Ensure & execute reactive communication and issues management
- Develop a thriving community of digital professionals. Lead and engage team
Profile
- Academic degree in the field of media management, communication, business administration or similar.
- Minimum of 10 years of practical experience in media, online marketing, marketing, communication and Public Releations ideally also on the agency side
- Strong digital expertise and affinity for new media and tools (e. g. Google Analytics)
- People management experience
- Interest in new, disruptive marketing approaches
- Excellent knowledge of stakeholder and project-management in a global environment
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Entrepreneurship and creative-mindset
