Missions

  • In your new role you are responsible for developing and implementing new HR data analytics processes and programs. This includes managing and maintaining the HR data systems and coordinating data collection across the related departments
  • You develop, implement and enhance HR analytics solutions to collect, normalize and analyze data for the Managing Board, Top and Senior Management within Siemens Energy (~1% to 2% of the workforce)
  • Furthermore, you consult in regard to cost efficiency and data management to ensure effective application of systems and structures in place
  • Moreover, you develop and implement strategies for data management in Executive HR and you create data-based solutions (Tableau, Knime, etc.) while partnering with all relevant stakeholders within the organization to ensure high-quality data availability
  • You adapt existing analysis solutions for global, regional and local applications and monitor data compliance and data quality processes
  • Furthermore, you monitor current developments in HR analytics to identify upcoming challenges and chances
  • Besides, you assist in the training of HR department colleagues to ensure data quality and you recruit and train working students, interns and apprentices
  • You provide coordination and efficient application of external providers of IT and administrative data solutions

Profile

  • We look forward to meeting you, if you have successfully completed your studies in Information Technology, Software Development, Mathematics, Industrial / Business Engineering or comparable, preferably with additional background in Business Administration, HR or comparable
  • You already gained more than 5 years of relevant professional experience with analytics & reporting tools, systems and disciplines (Tableau and Knime prefered solutions)
  • You have very good knowledge of algorithms and methods in the fields of data analysis, statistical modelling and machine learning procedures
  • You have a good level of understanding of business processes in connection with a passion for creating strategic user stories
  • Ideally, you have already worked in international project teams where you gained strong project management skills
  • In order to find your way in your international environment, you are fluent in English and German
