Customer Service Representative

• Location: Paris, France
• Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support for existing business
• Be the interface between suppliers and customers
• Confirm offers and delivery schedule 
• Sales & purchases orders processing
• Invoicing & cash collection
• Procurement & stocks management
• Organize the logistic and supply chain from suppliers to customers
• Provide office support to sales team

Job Requirements

The role requires a close team working approach mainly with the sales people of the CellMark office, the suppliers' day to day corresponding persons and the customers contact people. Very good English and German language skills are mandatory as well as good communication skills. You are detail oriented and flexible with ability in sales. You should have good sound knowledge of MS-Office, ERP software experiences (SAP or IFS...) is a plus.
