Customer Data Specialist (m/f), Lyon

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Collect customer data on the various current tools, standardize them and prepare their integration into the new platform.
• Set up a CRM on several countries within the region.
• Implement customer segmentation
• Establish a scoring as well as a qualification and hygiene process for the base,
• Set up customer journeys according to defined segments and their life cycles,
• Define and develop the lead nurturing strategy in collaboration with the Digital marketing manager.
• Develop a personalized entertainment program, focused on customer value and their loyalty,
• Implement the ecommerce strategy.
• Implement marketing automation and its connection to the IS & Data ecosystem,
• Implement and manage the collection of customer data as well as their analysis,
• Define and monitor KPIs, set up reports with the IT department,
• Analyze and optimize the campaigns implemented,
• Develop a multi-channel approach in conjunction with the Group's sales team.

Your Profile

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a CRM Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365 / sales force).
• Master II, Business School or equivalent.
• You are comfortable with both the technical aspects and the strategy of BtoB customer marketing.
• A very good knowledge of marketing automation, you know how to manage operational projects. You are organized, rigorous, very autonomous and you speak a fluent English.
• You demonstrate capability in working in an intercultural environment and in global teams
• And you are able to adopt to different tasks quickly and agile working style.
