Missions

  • Analyze and summarize counterparty and credit risk on clients and prospects and prepare credit proposals and renewals according to quality standards and BNPP policies
  • Organize Credit Committees and argue and defend credit cases in credit committees jointly with the RM
  • Assume full ownership of specific projects, tools and reports including exposure databases, risk reporting and Watch List processes and other general reports
  • Manage daily cash transfer and excess routine in XMT together with Front Office and Risk
  • Assist Front Office in monitoring and simulating developments in client’s portfolio and the resulting changes of financing values for the management of the Lombard limits in Olympic
  • Undertake continuous risk monitoring and reporting
  • Coordinate credit limit setup, account parameterization as well as link creation in Olympic booking system with Portugal and Switzerland
  • Together with Legal department or an external lawyer, prepare contractual loan and collateral documents according to term sheet and credit decision and negotiate loan documentation with clients

Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, business administration, Finance or similar degree
  • Professional credit education in a bank with regular trainings and development
  • Several years of professional working experience in credit analysis or credit activity/process in a bank or financial institution preferably in Germany
  • Experience in real estate finance and private banking or wealth management would be advantageous
  • Good sense of risk and strong analytical skills with an ability to efficiently summarize large amounts of information
  • Knowledge of legal, tax and regulatory environment for private and corporate clients in Germany and their consequences for the credit offer, products and services including loan documentation
  • Strong organization skills, flexibility and ability to manage a workflow within strict deadlines
  • Good technical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and especially in Excel
  • Fluent in German and English both orally and in written form, fluent in French is a clear advantage
