What you can expect

You are responsible for the administration and booking of fixed assets whilst respecting national and international (IFRS) accounting standards. In addition to that, you are performing month end and year closing activities in the field of asset and project accounting. Furthermore, project calculation according to the national and international accounting standards (IFRS) belongs to your tasks.

Additionally, you are providing support and advice to our European group companies on accounting, process or IT-system related issues. Hence, you are drawing up operational asset and project reports. Collaborating on tax assessment of investment projects as well as temporary participation in projects within Germany and abroad also belong to your responsibilities.

What we expect

You have already completed your commercial training or university degree (e.g. Business Administration, Economics) and you have sound knowledge of accounting as well as basic knowledge of evaluation rules in line with IFRS.

First-hand experience in asset accounting is desirable. Very good spoken and written knowledge of French as well as a good level of German or English is mandatory. Moreover, you have good knowledge of MS Office and SAP R/3, in particular FI-AA and PS. Finally, you are a strongly motivated personality.
