Your main tasks

• Participate to the activities linked to the IIRM Process (Integrated Information Risk Management),
• Provide support to the Business and IT operational teams, owners of the Business Application,
• Coordinate and manage links within Allianz Trade and with internal/external controlers,
• Collect and manage information requested by the Internal/External controlers,
• Follow up on the recommendations and action plans coming from internal/external controlers,
• Organize and support implementation of Audit projects,
• Manage Solvency IT Reporting.

Your skills

• 10 years of experience ideally (first in infrastructure, project management then in IT governance/risk/governance)
• Advanced in Audit and Internal Control methodologies and bests practices (COBIT - ITIL),
• Good knowledge in projects management,
• Capacity to define and to present clear and synthetic dashbords,
• Good knowledge of IT Organization and processes: development (Change) and operations (Run),
• Good teaching skills, capacity to communicate easily with different level of IT or Business teams and with internal and external auditors,
• Facilitates development of an open and positive atmosphere within the team,
• Autonomy,
• Ability to manage different subjects with different priorities and propose improvments,
• Advanced level of written and verbal communication in English.
