Key tasks & responsibilities
- Work with leadership team to develop an RM strategy and financial targets.
- Ensure key initiatives are prioritized.
- Lead the development of planning, delivering brand and customer plans that optimize price, volume, product mix, innovation and trade spend.
- Provide insight to the business through the revenue management analysis and monthly tracking working with in the commercial functions and controlling
- Analyze in market pricing for key brands factoring competitor, white spaces and consumer spending patterns. Initiate and lead programs to optimize market pricing architecture and pack ranges for specific brand, in collaboration with GCBU teams.
- Evaluate promotional activities and provide insight and learnings for promotional strategy development.
- Manage the execution of pricing, promotions and trade-terms initiatives and track key RM KPIs to ensure targets are met.
- Leverage global tools and training to build RM capability.
- Developing and maintaining local excel based tools that help to identify revenue & optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with the wider Global Revenue Management team to develop the RM process across BCH. Take part in specific initiatives on an ad-hoc basis.
Qualifications & competencies
- Education to degree level
- 5-8 years related Sales/Brand Marketing/Commercial Finance/Revenue Management experience in consumer-facing business.
- Strong financial understanding and P&L literacy.
- Advanced skills in data analysis, with Excel capability.
- Commercial acumen and understanding of retail, shopper and consumer dynamics.
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others and influence stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
- Ability to translate key learning and insights into actionable business strategies.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments.
