Missions

• Assist operational managers in order to fulfil their staffing needs, facilitating internal mobility and transition or external recruitments and follow-up integration of new employees.
• Coach and counsel management on HR matters by providing reports, indicators and feedback in order to align organizational decisions and headcount to business needs.
• Propose medium and long term HR action plans.
• Ensure that Group management development tools are properly used to promote functional and geographic mobility at Group and Business Group levels.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree with a specialisation in Human Resources.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a HR function within a industrial environment.
• Familiar with HR Information systems and MS office.
• International mind set.
• Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills.
• Minimum bi-lingual (English required).
